Welcome To The Practice
Get started with the new patient resources you need at Pennsylvania Pain & Spine Institute. We are here to support you and help you get back to living the life you want!
We are Pennsylvania’s largest independent PM&R/physiatry-based pain management practice, unaffiliated with any surgical groups. Our role as PM&R specialists is to provide an open, honest assessment focused on restoring function and addressing the underlying musculoskeletal causes of pain.
New Patient Portal
First, give our office a call to enable your portal. If you called us to schedule your new patient appointment, this has already been done! Check your email (and spam) for a link to set up your portal. Your username will be your email, and you will set your own password. *Write this down!
You can then login to your portal any time at the link below (www.pennpain.ema.md) and choose “Patient Login”. Then sign in with the information you created. You can also choose to download the patient portal app on your smart phone if you’d like to have access whenever you need it!
In your portal you will be able to view any upcoming or previous appointments, make payments, request an appointment, review visit summaries, and message our Medical Assistant team.
You can always call us at (215) 395-8888 and choose the call center if you have any questions when getting set up.
